To Get Hyve Mobile Warranty Follow the Below Steps:-
1. Click on the notification icon or locate the Hyve Care icon in app drawer, which will open the Hyve Care app
2. Enter your name and phone number. Then, click on “NEXT” at the bottom right corner.
3. This will register your device and add it in the Hyve care Device list.
4. You can now check your device in the list
Click on Menu button at top left corner > My Devices.
5. First, register your device by following the process detailed above. Then, click on your device in the Device list.
Then, Click on “Request Service” button at the bottom.
6. Confirm your phone number and an OTP will be sent to your number.
7. Confirm the OTP number and add an optional email address and. Click on “NEXT“ button at bottom right corner.
Then, select/enter device problems and enter your address.
Their customer care centre will contact you and pick the device from your address.
