These people will pick up the phone and then u will have to call them 100 times to get ur phone back . My phone software got corrupt while update and I arranged a pickup from ghaziabad … They came to pick in a day and after that …after showing the phone is repaired ..they r not ready to send the phone ..so delayed services . each time u call the service center they say ..dispatched and u will get in 24 hours ..since last one week …they r saying the same . still not getting my phone .
