From the day one my water heater is not working. When contacted the centralised service center at the given no. In Delhi, reply being given is “internet is down we will call you back. This centralised customers care no. Is almost busy cost of time. Water heater was purchased more than a month back and lying idle since date of purchase. I am from Chennai.

I fully agree. This is totally fake company. Absolutely no after sales service even during warranty period. My replaced water geyser is not working from day one and inspire of repeatedly follow up there is absolutely noncooperation. We should all approach consumer court.

I Purchased Activa TV 40 INCH on Snapdeal. Found wall mounting kit faulty, mismatched. When I called to your helpline which you gave me answered very rudly. When I tried to call again and again my call was cut purposly. Activa TV service is waste of time. no person came from copany for installation. I purchased new wall mounting kit for Rs 400 and paid Installation charges Rs 350/- Company may be goid but customer care is worst.

Which size of screws are compatible with Activa 32 inch tv? The screw holes on back of TV seem to be smaller than 3.5 inch and M4 screw are not supported.
