Hi to the bq aquaris service crue pls í have a problem with my bq E5 phone the problem with my phone now is that í switch it off at night and plug it and later unplugged it after charging, the nest morning i ON it but it was’t responding and only this play bq aquaris but noting moor, pls wath should I do now í bought this phone in spain and now í am living in Hannover Germany, pls if your service center is her in Hannover pls let me know, í cant aford to lose this phone like that it’s berly 1year old, and í have recomed 6 of my friends to buy BQ and now my phone is bad so let me no where to go and fist it pls it’s orgente.
