If contacts are on memory card then once format it or replace it. If contacts are in phone memory then reset your phone on factory settings after taking backup. If still problem persists then contact to your nearest coolpad service center

Sir. I purchased coolpad dozen 1 from snapdeal in October. Now when I want download apps from play store with WiFi it is showing 497 error. But with mobile data apps are downloading. Please help me. This error comes when ever I am downloading with WiFi only.

This is regarding my Coolpad note lite 3 mobile phone. i have purchased this mobile was in April 2016 and phone started having touchscreen related problem in July 2016. I have submitted this phone to service center on 12 July 2016 and I have not received my phone till date. My job sheet no is JS16071200700.
I hope you would agree that this is very poor customer service and serious action needs to be taken. I believe you know that the customer service is very crucial for the success of any company and coolpad, i believe, is at the bottom in this area.
I have called your service centres numerous times regarding this issue and every time I hear that the spares have not come yet. It has already been 4months since I submitted my phone and you still havent got the spares. This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional and not expected from any mobile company.
I request you to give me 1 date when I will get my phone back. If you are not able to repair my phone, explain me the reason for not doing so and give my phone back.
I hope the issue will be taken seriously and I will get a positive response this time.

On 21 Aug, 2016, I placed an order for a Coolpad Note 3 lite (black 16 GB) mobile phone, received it on dtd 25 Aug, 2016 and however, within 10-12 days, there was some problem in working of this cell phone and on 7th Sept, 2016 when i was approached towards cool pad India authorized service center situated at Shriram Neotech, Dadar, Mumbai-400028, it has been declared by service center authorized person that there have a main board problem and hence required to be sent to Delhi for repairing purpose and would get return within 15 days.
After many follow-ups one month later on 7th Oct, 2016 cool pad India authorized service center Shriram Neotech called me to collect my mobile as the problem was fix. On 8th Oct, 2016 I went to collect my mobile, after checking i noticed that the right upper corner of the mobile is damaged, after discussing the issue with cool pad India authorized service center representative he told me that the mobile is repaired by the company and requested to mail the issue at customer care cool pad India and i did as instructed.
Its regret to write here that, till date neither I have received any replay from cool pad India nor the damage to my cell has been repaired/replaced by cool pad India.
The fact that the mobile was damaged while in possession is evidence that they failed to take reasonable care of it.
I look forward to receiving, your written proposal to affect a satisfactory repair to the mobile.
