Hello, I’m using F6000 5.1 f&d home theater with great satisfaction. But when I plug & play my f&d after a interval of eighteen days i was shocked. When i turned on power the base unit subwoofer makes harsh sound like my old medium wave radio set & it was happened with out any audio input. Checked all the wires but nothing found wrong.

deal online. Some time is running is very OK good sound quality. But last
two or days some problem create Like After system is on but currently off
system automatically without push any buttons. Song is stopped no Back
song, No forward song, no remote control working. Then after some time if u
r switch off the button and again start the system then running some time
only after 10 or 15 minutes automaticly stop home theatre. So I m very upset

Should you have the misfortune to purchase an F & D sound system which may need repair (NOT “…may need”, rather, WILL NEED REPAIR(!),judging by the results of a quick Google search), you will discover in short order that you are on your own with dead-air response from company representatives.
Never, ever again shall my money grace the coffers of F & D.

I am a customer of your products. I bought your product at Flipkart on August 13th, 2019. Up to 5th July 2020 F&D F 3800X 80 W Bluetooth Home Theatre working condition is good. Unfortunately 6th July 2020 onwards, Wofferebox is not working.
WHAT’S THE MAIN REASON IS: Power is not supplied to the Main woofer box. so many times I tried it. but there is no response from the woofer box.
My Warranty details are up to August 13th, 2020. So my sincere apology is please respond to any one of the people then solve the issue.
Come to the Customer POINT: So many times i called to customer care or toll-free number, Nobody responds it, they are simply saying IT IS OUT OF SERVICE.

I would like to infrom you that, My concern about, i will purchase F&D T300X home theatre on date 6.Aug.2020 in Shop Aero vision Ambala cantt Haryana 133001. The shopkeeper sended me Defected Home theatre. I will return that same day in shop. He said that i have not any stock for same model. Then Shopkeeper sending me new fresh piece in my home.
