I am namasivayam,complaint no-c2511142598…A service person visited on 28.11.15 regarding washing machine but repair not done.still now there is no response.so please arrange some other person for the above issue as soon as possible.my contact number is 9790812943.
I purchased RT-EON240 frostfree doubledoor refrigerator on 16\12\2015 since then water is leaking from one side wall and spoiling flooring of room several times complained …please do the needful immediately

Sub: Malfunctioning of the above washing machine
Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that I had purchased the above washing machine from M/S Great Eastern Trading Co., – Barrackpore, Kolkata on 12/9/15 vide invoice No. 14/SA/1516/08421.
From the very beginning of purchase of the said machine there were initial teething issues hiccups which was taken care of by M/S Roy Service – Godrej recognised service centre.
Again on 11/8/16 I had lodged a complaint that the machine was not functioning properly and was intimated to M/S Roy Service who had sent a technician (Call No. K1108188014, secret code no. 866) stating that the Main PCB needs to be changed which we have not agreed and have requested to have the entire machine changed since is within the warranty period …..
Still now they have not responded and had sent a SMS stating that they have closed the compliant stating that there is no problem.
I therefore request you to have the problem attended and resolve at an earliest.
