iFFALCON Technology Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of Chinese electronics company TCL Multimedia, is evaluating making smart TVs in India.

My led not working from last month i Make complend 2-3 Time but not any response from company side so I want to know if company not able to give service than why you sale your product what your job only for making suffer of your customers to see company’s service i don’t advise to anyone pls don’t purchase tcl any products because not service provide by tcl not any representative available in market no anyone give reply after some time nobody’s take ur call from service provider very bad experience i found to purchase TCL product

Iffalcon tcl TV 50k31 UHD Picture quality very very poor. It’s worst products. Company not return in warranty period . I advise for new buyer please no purchase iffalcon TV products this company.
