Incoming calls are not shown on my infinix note 4mobile phone when screen is off.
Go to settings and select notifications after go phone option all options off condition or not all are off u vil get ringtone

My Complaint is: We placed Airtel Sim in Slot 1 and TATA Docomo sim in slot 2. From 1 week every call going through TATA Documo. After removing TATA Docomo Sim it going to call to Ait Tel. Please advise. We purchase the pone last month 19th i.e. dt.19.10.17. The same complaing already posted last week no responce from your side.

Before 2 or 3 weeks my phone’s Wi-Fi and hotspot not working its not getting on when I tried to hard reset by pressing power and volume down button and got hard reset.
After that proaccess that window come welcom and window showed insert SIM I skipped then Window comes for set up Wi-Fi but it still not onn and that skipping option also not shown please admin help me i m stucked.
