i am purchase infocuse Mobile modle num is M260 Purchase date :- 26-12-15 ,after 15 days issue in my handset then i submit in Servise center ,told me one excutive after 5 days your phone is ok ,,,but still on date my phone not ok (28-1-16) ,,,i am very dispointed with Infocuse Product ,,,,, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH INFOCUS CUSTOMER CARE-NO RESOLUTION OR SUPPORT FOR THEIR CUSTOMER OR CONSUMERS . THEY PRODUCE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT -M260.AND NOT READY TO REPLACE OR CORRECTION,,,so i request to all please dont buy any infocue product ,,,,,

I had purchase Infocus bingo50 phone from snapdeal and received defective phone . I request for return right next after phone delivered that is on 27.03.2016, No response from SNAPDEAL. I have to take follow-up.
Why In-focus choose SNAPDEAL for sale thier phone . SNAPDEAL has very shit and asshole services.

dot buy in-focus cellphone..bcz if problem came ,it will not responding quickly. i had device warranty but nobody will response .3 month back submitted M330 devive to service center but no result .waste brand and service center…
Very very bad service.
I purchase infocus mobile before one month and mic not work. And 10 days time take but 15 days over and now i call then take more 10 days aprox. Means that not clear my mobile give in 10 days.

Install my jio app & generate code. If still you are unable to generate code then download my jio apk file from internet & install it in offline mode(internet off)

pathetic services of infocus and very disappointed with customers services. An american company with such worst service i cant imagine. its been approx a month but till now i didnt get my cell deom your service center. I submitted my cell on 5th nov 2016 after that they told me that collect it on 22nd nov. but on 22nd they give date for 30th nov but today they are again giving me further date for 7 december.

Dear All… i bought InFocus epic 1 mobile phone..i am using it from last 3 months till now my experience is very bad . Service centre and customer care is not able to correct the problem. Every time they just reload the software and i loose my data . In months 4 time software is reloaded. Now phone is not charging normally its very slow jist 1% in 5 minutes. Now again my contacts and getting merged with each other and self deleated . Today i am going to file a case in conaumer court against the company.
very bad product I have bye infocus M260, It will repairer every 20 to 25 days, and I have spent 1000 rupee for service charge, plz plz don’t bye this mobile.
