Dear sir please tell me the two light given in below near by speaker but i am not know use please tell me the use .
We purchase your product Intec IV 421 uhd smart TV on snap deal on Feb”16. Product is OK but since Last five days problem is created . when we on the TV everything goes normal but after 5 to 10 minutes the sound is heard but we can’t see the Pictures and screen becomes black. Please solve our problem.

I am also facing the same problem with this TV.
i have been purchace Intec 1.5 tr inverter split, its good working, but your service is not satisfactory for us…its been complited 9 month but no service is provided from your side…a very disappointed for this, please provide me service to keep helthy and do as possible Prevetive maintenance… pls contact me
