There are no phone numbers for service center and customer care leaving customers to their own fate. Chinese companies cannot be trusted, because I had a very bad experience with Xiaomi, which managed to get online partner and, neither Xiaomi or online partner, was ready to replace the set or refund my money. I had purchased ivoomi v505i phone through shopclues.com. Upon receipt, I tried to navigate the phone and then to my surprise the applications are not opening. It just hangs up and then the dead screen. I tried to restart again and again and then there was no response at all. The phone just hangs up. I received the phone on 15/3/17 at 5.30 pm. I am posting this on 16/3/17. I tried to call the marketing company but no response at all. No customer care numbers are available and no response from either the manufacturer or from the marketing company. Very unsatisfactory approach to customers. I am not happy at all. The Chinese may well be prepared to replace, but the response from the Indian counterpart is questionable.

Hahahahahaha…..unfortunately there is no service centre for Ivoomi handset near my state or my neighboring States…. It is said that it is upgradatto nougat,I tried to upgrade it nougat while I received the software update information,then while upgrading it shuts down and it says no command… I bought the handset at September from shopclue,my model is ME1+ but I doubt that it is ME1 or ME1+,I did ordered ME1+ but I feared that the handset is ME1…I’m from MANIPUR so can u pliz tell me where is the servicing centre at MANIPUR…PLEASSSSSSSEEEE

I purchased iVooMi Me1+ from Shopclues. It was a defective one(almost no network-unable to call and barcode already generated for Jio sim on the phone, means it was returned by someone else earlier), shopclues has not returned it instead given me service center address and their phone number, as I called they said they do not provide support for iVoomi phone.
