Been calling and trying to get service for heater under warranty. The person came once and made it worse, the whole electricity is tripping now. I have been trying to get this fixed since January. Your company is extremely unprofessional. Mr. Pandian in Chennai keeps saying he will fix it, but he never does. I will wait this week for it to be fixed, after that I will write a negative review on snapdeal and ask for refund. If that doesn’t happen, I have no problem taking legal action. Very poor service and very bed service
I bought Maharaja whiteline Joy turbo mixer grinder few months ago in these months 2 times coppler damage after changes by service centre at Bettiah, i am feeling so sad to bought Maharaja and their service centre that how rectifying and coppler not in quality for Joy turbo . Please do needful to rectify this issue as soon as possible. My contact no 7004632903.
