Very Worst Service provided by Nacson, unsatisfactory with customer care, not responded properly, having sound problem since last month into my smart TV, unprofessional Service Executive visited at my home, still my problem is not resolved till date.
I have purchased a new necson smart led TV on 26/09/ 2017 order number is 407-1092005-4013900 now three days back my Remote is dead and I called to Ur call center Ur representative communication is very very missbiheviar and after three times call and registered my complend no response from your representative and services engineer Very very poor and miscommunication for me plz. Replace my led TV or refund my money back
