    I have purchased 42″ 4K Noble TV from snapdeal. Technician came for installation after one week and after calling them 100 times. So it already had paased 7 day return policy of snapdeal. The product was seen damaged during installation. Screen is defective. Now Snapdeal doesnot want to take any responsibility on this. And me being buyer and money loser for this pathetic piece of equipment have to struggle to get my money back. Don’t buy Noble TV.

    23.4.16 technician satyendra negi visited and said one part needs to be replaced.
    till date pending after several communications with different ppl from noble

    will get the support its always take so much time

    The TV set was promptly despatched by Amazon.Surprisingly manufacturers toll free number(for installation) elicits a reply of”The number is SWITCHED OFF”.All calls were made between 4.30 to 5.45 PM.Kindly illuminate me as I find it hard to fathom.I live in Mumbai.

    The most horrible and pathetic service from we care.. all the agents are liars and the dealers as well.. their commitment of work period are too 10 to 15 days but they dont follow .. they take their own sweet time… their agents cant speak proper english..no proper communication between the agent and dealer..please every one dony buy any noble product you will not get any services from them.. finally u will hv to throw the product.. i request the senior managment i.e the ceo of the company to look into this matter.. and make sure you read all the comments mentioned below..

    The services in ahmedabad for installation and services is very poor.
    I have referance no 1415521. Past from 3 days I am struggling for installation and product information.
    And however response from local body is not favourable at all.
    This will spoil the image of new brand.

    I bought Noble led 40 inch tv in December 2015, after 6 months only it’s led panel gone bad. I have called service center and after 2 days engineer visited and said led panel needs to be replaced. He took photo of tv and bill and said it will take 7 to 10 to repair. It’s been 15 days no one contacted me and if I am calling customer care they says they have no idea when part will be available. Today I called customer care they talked to me very roodly and said send us warranty card or your tv will not be repaired. I am waiting for the engineer for last 15 days and today they are saying that they need warranty card for repair and bill will not work. I really don’t know what to do.
    This is my complaint No. 1443935

    Please help. I have invested my 20k on it.
    Any help would be appreciated.

      For me its been a month now without tv being repaired or replaced. Same complaint and customer care has no clue, engineer is contracted guy who runs other tv repair centre, none knows when itll come. Bad decision to buy a unknown brand

          On dec dt.11 my TV had a panel problem,they told me to wait for 8day to changes the panel,on 22of dec I call the customer care they extended 3 day and they extended 3days again and so on till today…I call today and they extended for 3days again……sit of hearing when I call…….

    DO NOT BUY NOBLE TV!!! Very bad customer care-no response-I got a delay of 6 months to get tv replaced!! They hadnt paid their dealer and he withheld the tv!! customer care just repeats and extends delivery dates but nothing happens. Promised an extended warranty of 2 yrs and now retracts saying 1 yr labor warranty. TV broke down within 6 months.

      Dude third class product, and 4th class service. its better than you can purchase LED tv from lajpat rai market CHANDNI chowk or Ali express honestly. my experience is very very BAD with NOBEL Service support. they assembled TV (Totally CHINES PRODUCT) in noide sec 63, near birla soft company. WECARE is a company , who assembling intex, nobel and many local company tv

    very poor service, we requested for a software update in our smart tv because youtube was not working. but the person who came to update, damaged the motherboard and now the tv is not getting switched on !
    pathetic, it is only 1.5 yrs old tv and such bad response.
    it has been 2 weeks since the person did not visit for replacement of motherboard and everyday we are calling but getting false commitments
