Ola started as an online cab aggregator in Mumbai, now based out in Bangalore and is among the fastest growing businesses in India.
It was founded on 3 December 2010 by Bhavish Aggarwal (currently CEO) and Ankit Bhati. By 2014, the company has expanded to a network of more than 200,000 cars across 85 cities. In October 2015, Company claimed to have 80 percent of the taxi market share in India,

I want to bring to your notice that your Bangalore branch of OLA is a pathetic and worst. With out doing the duty your driver started the duty and ended with 95/- it is shame and do you not think it is not religious? ok…again booked one more cab to be horrifying to me so called your driver ended the trip saying customer has cancelled the booking…my question is if i made a booking twice how can i cancel the ride…ridiculous…and this is not the first time it is happening to me…check with your customer care team how many mails i have dropped and how many bullshit assurance got from your team.
Is it you people are giving service free of cost….instead we are paying for it for these kind of hopeless service.
I have booked ola shuttle DL1VC2906 on 12th Sep16 from JMD megapolice,sohna road to
HUDA metro at 5:45 P.M.My seat got reserved and money deducted but shuttle not
arrived. I waited for 20 min but no shuttle reached there. Also nowadays there is no
ola guy stands there for management.
Nowadays ols shuttle service is very poor on sohna road route,there is no
management. Request you to refund my money back for yesterday booking and do not
repeat the same in future.

I booked my ride with OLA and Mr Swamy Sr (KA50A1318) confirmed at 1900 hrs that he is reaching within 10 mnts as my train is at 2000 hrs. He confirmed also. At 1930 hrs he cancelled my booking. It has been inconvenience service fm your side .
Ola shuttle service is very poor operation, to day i booked the ticket from Kharghar to Mumbai univercity, the Veh No MH 04 GP 1563 the right time is 7.42 Am, i was thare from 7.32 to 8.10 Am but the vehicle not came and the dirver no received through message but he is on leave, i tried to call customer care but no use this is the condition of OLA shuttle operaton

Ur driver cancelled bookings on his own after speaking to me and now I am waiting for last hour or so . Why I am I caherged for cancellations.

I booked ola auto today and the driver
Raja responded responded that he would reach my p[lace shortly. But i get a msg subsequent to this that the driver had cancelled his service to me. My otp was 6736. then surprisingly when I had booked again I was informed I would have to pay a cancellation charges of Rs.15/-. I do not understand why. Of late this is frequently happening.
I experienced the cheating done by ola… It’s next to impossible to catch Ola People on phone… They had blocked their every no. So they can easily eat the money in wrong way but people can’t trash them…
Your good knowledge and kindness in playing with all the pieces were very useful.
I don’t know what I would have done if I had not encountered such a step like this.
