Overheating Fix for YU Yureka and Yureka Plus

Overheating has been a issue for majority of Yureka, Yuphoria users since the early days of the device. A vast majority of users have complained regarding the same. It seems like YU team has been working towards solving the overheating issue in Yureka and Yureka. According to a post in the official YU forums, YU team has asked users to test the overheating patch in Yureka and Yureka Plus. The post by community manager DoomLord read

If you’re a current Yureka or Yureka Plus users you can also participate in the test and help YU team in building a formidable patch for the overheating issue.

Steps for participate in Yureka, Yureka Plus Overheating patch

Requirements:
YUREKA / YUREKA PLUS device
Unlocked bootloader
Custom recovery
preferably on stock ROM & stock kernel

How to install:
Download the attached file
Save it on SDCARD
Reboot device into custom recovery
flash file via recovery
reboot into OS
