I have just received credit card from your end though I informed you on telephonic conversation.My denial is with respect to the charges levied on my account prior to receipt of card.Charges levied are informed in form of a message.Thank you for your concern and kindly accept the card I am sending back by courier service.

Your credit card collection executive don’t have manner how to talk with any one ….and giving all wrong information to my family. Instead giving them warning to not to call my any family members they always call them …I regular pay them my money…they give all fake and false information to my family members I am not going to tolerate this I m putting this matter in media…RBL credit are making people fool

Hi,

I have your platinmum maxima card so while applying for the credit card they had confirmed that I will get 8000 reward points but till date, I haven’t received any rewards points.
I received a statement for the month i.e Rs.7901.32 so I just want to know the breakup of the statement because it is going on higher as per my calculation.

I have mailed the concern on cardservices@rblbank.com but haven’t got any reply.

Please revert asap otherwise I will have to terminate the service.

10 days back I had requested for statement of account for the year 2014-15 for my credit card no. 5414382307498642
I was told that it which reach me in 48 hours which have not received yet.
Sent an e mail also. again no reply

I also sent e mail for issue of fresh card as the old credit card exired in April”17 This again is not received

I hope my above two issues would be urgently dealt with

Sir I’m paid my rbl credit card payment today it’s deducted from my account but it’s shows me make a payment then I’m called customer care executive no 9572718930 I’m talk with him told him for my problem but he was deducted again my amount another 7000 please refund me my total amount 19233 rupees

Credit card and debit card
one month.
Also my statements are been sent to wrong address that too after due date and after continuous follow up with call center till date not received single statement in my hand to see the bifercation of charges.
I had also mailed my complaint to supercardservices@rblbank.com on advice of customer care person but after one week received replied that my complaint will not be entertained as my e-mail id is not registered. Neither are they ready to upate e-mail id till payment is done.
