please don’t use India or make in India in your ads. it is shameful to all Indians. I bought a laptop which was reached in a nonworking condition.after all the difficulties & formalities they replaced another after one month. again this one also became nonworking. till the date, I don’t have any idea about it.

We bought this product just for checking and re-assuring ourself that the decision of buying low-cost machine in bulk is good and that would serve the purpose of giving it to our team of data entry operators, if not for high end computing because of it’s obvious limitations in terms of speed, processing power, storage and other features.
But once bought, we never had thought, this would becomes so much of burden and would drain our resources, in terms of taking appointment, sending guys to the repair centre, doing numerous follow-ups, and getting the product back from repair centre (the repair services is also outsourced to some low-end, maybe largely because of their being low-cost in nature) who themselves are not aware of the product as well as policies of the company.
Getting connected to the customer support team which sits in Hyderabad is a task in itself and I believe it’s just a one team member (a very junior profile) who gets connected after almost 20 phone calls on an average, and then they have no answer to give. Its always like “let me check with management” and come back which they never come back.
I had problems with charging of the machine and one can understand, that even after raising it within 1 week of purchase, it has been almost 5 months that it has not been resolved. Twice we were to asked to take it to service centre, which kept the machine for almost 3 weeks, and then finally, we were asked to send the machine at our cost (the courier cost is almost 13% of the total machine cost) to their head office, which we did.
Then again just have been doing follow-ups..
Its a good way to engage ourselves to waste our precious man days, money and have stress..
Go ahead and buy if you eager to lose your sleep, looking at wasting money and time and have to test your patience at the cost of your business..
