How To Get Reliance Gio SIM?
Reliance Jio finally expanded its 4G services beyond employees, with offers like unlimited 4G mobile Internet, free phone calls for 90 days and unlimited access to Jio’s apps but there is a catch.
But if you are thinking of simply walking into a store and buying a Reliance 4G SIM, read this before you do:
Step 1: Invite by Reliance Employee
While the Reliance Jio 4G offer does seem tempting, it won’t be easy to get the connection without catching hold of a Reliance employee. Yes, you heard it right. Only a Reliance employee can get you one and they have the power to invite up to 10 people to start using 4G SIMs.
Now, do everything in your capacity to convince a Reliance employee you deserve that SIM. Invitees will then have to pay Rs 200 in exchange for the 4G-ready SIMs.
Step 2: Get a ‘LYF’ This is the catch.
If you were thinking of using the blazing 4G speeds on your new Apple iPhone 6s Plus then forget it. Reliance is indirectly saying that their 4G SIM will have no life without their LYF handsets. So, if you were planning to upgrade your smartphone (or not), now is the time, or should we say you better.
The Reliance LYF series, comprises of five handsets, with LYF Earth 1 being the most expensive at Rs 19,399. Reliance LYF Flame 1 is cheapest of the lot at Rs 5,499. Read all about LYF smartphones here.
Step 3: Activate
Now that you’ve passed the biggest two hurdles, this step might seem really easy. All you need to do now is to activate the SIM. The referral procedure has already started, and users interested will get a mail confirming the same. They will then have to go to a Reliance Retail to buy their LYF handsets, where they will get a 4G ready SIM along with the device.
But remember, the company has launched the referral offer on a trial-basis and the SIMs come with a validity of three months. So, if you already have a friend/family member in Reliance and you don’t mind spending on a LYF smartphone, the Reliance 4G SIM is all yours for 90 days.

Network bahut hi poor ho gaya hai.. Suru suru main to network achha tha uske baad to nahi data use ho raha hai aur na hi call. Hum to bahut bure tarike se phas gaye. For bar code you have to install MY JIO app from play store. In that app the option is there for generating code.
