We have been facing color leak in the panel since Oct 2018..till now the issue is not resolved. Its almost 9 months now.The tv is in guarantee period and yet no response from the company. This is cheating the customers.
Will never trust a start-up like this.. SHAME
I am Ashok Vasudevan, Parayathu House, Manickamangalam, Kalady, Cochin, Kerala.I have purchased a Ridaex 43 Inch 4 Nuke Android 7.1 TV of Serial No.2LV11198845WUXJ2 by the Invoice No./Order No.GMO-8813005A94811105 on 05-09-2018.
This TV is got only after 45days. At the time of instalation found that it is defected by four illuiminated spot light on the Screen. At the time itself it is reported for rectifying the complaint.Till now there is no responsibility . I have sent the defected Tv photo through Whats Up and Email by several time. Till now there is no reply. It is purely Cheating and Shamefull.
I buy 55Inch Ridaex TV on 26th Jan 2022 with 50% offer but the price incredible increased before 26th independence i.e. from 40k to around 79k and released offer as 50% on MRP.
Also product (50Inch TV)received is having 8gb storage and 1gb memory but paid for 32gb storage,4gb memory.
Apps are not supporting so when I call to customer care no fix is done till now.
I would suggest all to please be think before buy it.
