I purchased Swipe Elite plus smartphone on June25’16 vide Flipkart order ID OD30635316015685100 (WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd.,New Delhi). After about 10 days of service the handset becomes VERY LESS SESITIVE to mobile networks (BSNL/VODAFONE which are used in my mobile). Whereas same SIM cards work much much better in catching mobile signals with SAMSUNG/NOKIA mobile in same locality (Guwahati-15).
The handset now becomes useless due to very poor sensitivity to networks. Kindly suggest..

I would recommend changing your Google password. Heck, just to be sure do this:
1) create new (temporary) password for your Google account, preferably from your computer.
2) log out, log in using temporary password.
3) create new password (8 characters, mix or letters and numbers, use uppercase and lower case, don’t use something easily guessed, yada yada yada…)
4) log out of Google on your phone and log in with the new secure password. If you like, do a factory reset before logging in with the new password.
If you decide to factory reset, before you do so, I would go to Settings>Backup & reset, and uncheck “Automatic restore,” so that any unwanted app won’t be automatically restored upon restarting.

मेरा नाम ललित शर्मा है मेने फ्लिपकर्ट से एक स्वाइप एलाईट प्लस फोन 15/7/2016 को खरीद था। जिसके15दिन बाद फोन के ट्च ने काम करना बंद कर दिया। और फोन की स्क्रीन पर स्क्रेच आ गये। जिसके बाद मेने कस्ट्मर केयर पर बात की तो उन्होने मुझे स्वाईप के सर्विस सेंटर जाने के लिये कहा मै वहा गया तो सर्विस सेंटर रिसेप्स्नीस्ट ने कहा की स्वाइप कम्पनी के पार्ट न आने की वजह से हमारा सर्विस सेंटर होल्ड पर है। फिर मैने दोबारा कस्ट्मर केयर पर बात की केयर वालो ने बतलाया की आप अपना फोन हमे पूना वेयर हाउस कोरियर के माध्यम से भेज दीजिए ।मेने 30/8/2016 को फोन मथुरा से पुना कोरियर से भेज दिया जो वहा 2/9/2016 को रिसीव हो गया। पर इसका कोई भी वर्क आर्ड्रर या कम्प्लेंट नम्बर मुझे नही दिया गया मुझे कस्ट्मर केयर पर बताया गया कि आपका मोबाइल नम्बर (9045711490) हमारे पास है। जिस पर आपकी सारी जानकारी हमारे पास दर्ज है। आप जब भी हमारे पास काल करेगे हम आपको आपके फोन के बारे मे जानकारी दे देगे।और उसके बाद जब भी कभी मै कस्ट्मर केयर पर काल करता हू वे मुझे 15दिन मे फोन ठीक करके वापस भेज देने की बात कहकर फोन काट देते है।अब आप ही बताए मै क्या करु प्लीज सर मेरा फोन वेयर हाउस पुना गये 4महिने हो चुके है आपकी पालिसी के मुताबिक 50वर्किग डे के अंदर मेरा फोन मुझे मिल जाना चाहिए था। सर मै अपने ₹7000 के फोन को ठीक से चला भी नही सका हू।

I use Swipe Elite Max since Jan 2017 and from the last software update in Mar, whenever I try opening Play Store error pops up “Unfortunately, Google Play Store has Stopped”. All other apps are working fine.
Go to settings of phone. there go to apps & in apps stop google play services then try open to google play store. If problem still persists then try hard reset after taking backup

I had purchased a phone (Swipe Elite Note) on 30th June, 2017 from Amazon.in (Order no: 407-8039617-1228361, Dt: 24.06.17(Sl. no: 911510100284385, grand total: 6,999/-) after about 1 months the phone got heated, hanging, buttons not working and afterwards didn’t switch on. when contacted customer support they ask to go to service centre which is very far from where i staying (~30 Km). As my phone is under warranty I want a replacement for the handset.
Kindly help in this regards. But right now I will be happy if the handset will replaced as soon as possible.

As per terms of most of mobile companies in India the mobile can,t be replaced after one month of purchasing. So you have to contact to your nearest service center.

I am sorry to say about your Service is very poor.Yesterday I saw suddenly my mobile have problem he is not working than I call your Toll Free no. +91 -8793038038. He told me your service center in gumar mandi i visit that address those told by your executive but shop keeper told this address is fake many people comes to this address but there is no service center of swipe.I am search in google your service center show in mata rani chowk in ludhiana & janakpuri in ludhiana . I am visit in mata rani chowk. there is no service center . after it i visit janak puri there i saw A TO Z Communication but he told i am refer to your mobile service center but no grantty to return your mobile 3-4 month . I saw 3-4 month this time period how can i do my daily work without mobile . i am very harassment with your service i purchase your mobile in 2-3 month before i cant think in company mobile problem in begginning . sir when i purchase online 1 year grantty told by you in written.if you have no service center why you foolish people like this why you told 1 month grantty .now i think i am biggest fool who purchase your company mobile.i have bill if you cant reply my mail yesterday i complaint your company in international consumer court . if can’t doing something for me then i will case on you in ludhiana consumer court . your company is fake & you cheat me .

My swipe elite sense got “Chromes” malware , as soon as I connected it to internet. Tried removing it by Antivirus (Kaspersky premium) ,even did a factory reset but nothing worked.

Very Poor Service – Swipe Elite 4G @ Bangalore
I have purchased Swipe Elite 4G @ Bangalore via Flipkart and the phone is giving problem and shut downs automatically within 2 or 3 minutes while talking.
The phone is in warranty period and I have already complaint to your Service Center – 3 Com Technologies in Bangalore but they have refused to service and says there is no support from swipe and I must contact swipe directly.
