Dear Tata sky customer care team
Anyone of your team have humanity in you please help . Unfortunately I had booked a Tata Sky DTH on 30- 11- 2017 and done payment via online on the same day . Very next day a technician from Tata sky came to my home for the installation . But due to some technical issue it couldn’t able to connect in my home ( not my fault,words from your technician ). As per the words from your technician I had cancelled the connection through your technician’s mobile number and he told me that “sir you will get your refund with 7 to 10 working days ” .On 12 the Dec I had called your customer care toll free no.and they said that ” sir your cancellation request is on process and it will take another 10 days ” . Hence I am waited again 10 days and made a call to your customer care again . They had given a mobile no. of a dealer person and your just contact him and he will do the needful .(Mobile no.of that person_7042153063). So I called that gentlleman on 23rd Dec and he told me that ” Sir you will get the payment with in 10 days ” .Again I had waited for 10 days for my payment ( it’s is not black money .I sweated to earn this .So I can’t able to lose it ).On3rd Jan 2018 I tried to call this gentle man ,but he is not picking up the call . I had made more than 20 calls to get my status and no one is responding .
As a citizen on of India the only mistake I had done is that I trusted ” Tata Sky ” .Its not my fault and I was ready to take Tata sky ( Now I took a local network ) .
Any one of you are thinking that ” a customer is value for your business ” please give me a solution .

Again after obtaining channel 471, today there is confusion at your end.
While channel 471 title shows that it is relaying men’s T 20 match, actually it’s showing Women’s T20 and vice versa.
Now I am not able to see men’s T 20 match despite paying, Who will compensate me for this lapse on your part.
Who is responsible?
Rectify immediately please..
