I am frequent buyers of products through Flifkart but my trust gone in vein when i buy this THOMSON 4K SMART led tv. They have pathetic Customer care services ever there Customer care executive whom I talk do not know how to deal with client.She spoke with me in bad tone.
I have raised service request on 22/01/2018 through my email id ranjan.rahul58@yahoo.in but donot get any response from there side. I had brought this THOMSON TV last year in month of APRIL 2018 & now it’s not working.
I had also drop mail on given email id but not getting any response from them.

My name is Rajesh and I am from Himachal Pradesh. I bought a 40-inch Smart LED TV via Flipkart.com on January 23, 2019. On 05/05/19 its display off suddenly, the sound is coming but there is no display. I filed a complaint on 07/05/2019 in consumer care, they filed my complaint and also gave me a complaint number 9218108, After that they sent a mechanic who had checked the TV. According to the mechanic, the TV can not be repaired because there is a problem in its panel. Since then, I am constantly calling, emailing, but nobody is paying attention to my problem. Every time some excuse is made. Disturbed by this, I have decided to file a case against Thomson TV in consumer court. If I do not get any feedback in 15 days and my problem is not resolved then I will file a case in the consumer court. I am sending you a copy of the bill of TVs, and copies of the emails I have written. I hope you will solve my problem otherwise I will take further action.

Issue Details – This TV is having issue with several applications.
YouTube issue – The official YouTube apps are not working and asking for update. However there are not updates for these apps on play store. They have provided an youtube upgrade from ApToide and after installing the the updated YouTube is also not working. It looks like a dummy YouTube page, as all the options are on this page are not responding at all. After all try the YouTube issue is still there. Not able to watch YouTube at all.
Netflix issue – Same YouTube issue for Netflix as well. The Netflix app available on Playstore is not supporting this device.
HotStar issue – Few contents like Hollywood movie/serial are not running. It is showing the message ` The device has been rooted`. Ex- The movie ‘Life of pie’ is not able run with HotStar on this TV with same error message.
Other Apps like airtel xStream and jioTV app are also having graphics issue. The contents are not visible only audio is working.
Ex-termly bad service by Thomson and also very poor experienced people.
