Sir I purchased vutv from Flipkart through on 14-1-2016.is working properly till 16 June 2017. 17- June display back light not working at now.i send invoice bill through whatsup. In response person. He send to Tv Service man, and check it Tv he told to me display back light not working.lam vutv purchased for one and half years. So you will not change display light with free cost.l will have to go to the consumer court.

without the firmware upgrade all our smart TVs are of waste none of the applications are getting installed . Its not even a year now, I bought this TV and its of no use at all. Please give Firmware upgrade to android 7.1 or 8.
Model I am using : Vu (43) 109 cm Iconium UHD 4K Smart tv
I have raised a query with support multiple time and they either don’t respond and once in a while I got a response saying there is no firmware upgrade available. They should have mentioned this while buying the TV. So I would have not purchased this TV at all. I would have gone for some other brand and model.
This is really frustrating
