If this is your customer care service then i am very sorry to say that it is very disappointing and further i will discourage people from buying redimi phones. Problem is that “Whenever I plug in the phone to authorised charger the adapter starts making low noise as the current start flows in it and it gets very very hot and due to which handset also get a little bit warm”.
