Hello Team,
Since june 24,2017 im coordinating with pantel staff and SB systems pvt ltd. and today is 5th August,2017 till my penta tablet is in process. last time when i called sb systems they said customer care(sudhanshu) is lying and we have mailed them their invoice on 24th june itself and sudhanshu said he didnt received invoice. I dont understand which party we should believe.And later on sudhanshu said within one week u will be getting your tablet and now today i have called up and he said more 20 days. and will you plz let me know when i will be receiving the my tablet.
All are lying to me. its very bad and very disgusting that many times we call but no response.
Requesting u to kindly reply with and answer and please do recruit a good engineer so that they can process asap.
HOPE I WILL GET A REPLY AND U WILL SEND ME MY REPAIRED TABLET, SINCE JUNE I AM SUFFERING.WHENEVER CALLING SUDHANSHU HE ALWAYS SAYS MORE 5-6 WEEKS WILL REQUIRE.HE IS DOING PURPOSELY OR WHAT I DON’T KNOW.

Is tab.ke costumer care center upalabdha nahi he jab bhi jate he band hote he, muze ye tab lekar 6 month ho gaye he kolhapur Maharashtra me iske care center hi uplabdha nahi he 6 month se me ise repear karane ki koshish kar raha hu me kai bar kolhapur me ise repear karane gaya tha lekin kuch nahi hua kolhapur me care center ho to uska no bata do..
